Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Working Student (m/w/d) Product Management im Bereich Baggage Vision für 20h/Woche.

Es erwarten dich folgende spannende Aufgaben bei uns:

In unserer Abteilung Airport Systems entwickeln wir hochautomatisierte Logistiksysteme für Luftfrachtterminals an internationalen Flughäfen weltweit sowie Softwarelösungen für die Gepäckabfertigung und Containerterminals.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Produktmanagements suchen wir einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für den Produktbereich Vision & Classification. Dieser umfasst fünf Produkte: Baggage Vision, Vision Encoding, Bag Check, Vision AI und das VarioTip Vision System.

Du unterstützt den Product Manager für Vision & Classification bei der Zusammenstellung und Weiterentwicklung produktbezogener Kommunikations- und Supportmaterialien. Dabei sorgst du dafür, dass relevante Informationen und Unterlagen strukturiert dokumentiert und über SharePoint sowie Vikipedia, unsere interne Wissensdatenbank, für die verschiedenen Teams zugänglich gemacht werden.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Dokumentation des Konfigurationsmanagements sowie die Erfassung und Analyse von Informationen zu den Einheiten im Test Center. Darüber hinaus recherchierst du Markt- und Wettbewerbsinformationen, bereitest diese strukturiert auf und erstellst Vertriebspräsentationen, die unsere Teams bei der Kommunikation mit Kunden unterstützen.

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Du verfügst über Organisationstalent, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und kannst Produktinformationen übersichtlich aufbereiten und pflegen.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel, beispielsweise bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und der Analyse von Daten.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit SharePoint, Wiki-Plattformen oder anderen Wissensmanagementsystemen gesammelt.
  • Du kannst technische, produktbezogene und marktbezogene Informationen recherchieren, erfassen, analysieren und verständlich zusammenfassen.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, technische Zusammenhänge verständlich aufzubereiten und in überzeugende Präsentationen sowie kundenorientierte Informations- und Vertriebsunterlagen zu übertragen.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du bringst technisches Interesse und Neugier für Themen wie Machine Vision, künstliche Intelligenz (KI), Automatisierung und Flughafenlogistik mit.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, sorgfältig und eigenmotiviert und fühlst dich in einem teamübergreifenden, interdisziplinären Arbeitsumfeld wohl.

We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) product management to join our team in the Baggage Vision area, starting immediately, for 20 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities

Within our Airport Systems division, we build highly automated logistics systems for air cargo terminals at international airports worldwide, as well as software for baggage handling and container terminals. We are seeking a working student (m/f/d) to support product management activities for the Vision & Classification portfolio, which includes 5 products (Baggage Vision, Vision Encoding, Bag Check, Vision AI, and VarioTip vision system).

You will assist the Vision & Classification Product Manager in collecting and developing product-related communication and support materials, and ensuring their structured documentation and accessibility through SharePoint and Vikipedia (our internal encyclopedia). This includes configuration management documentation, collection and analysis of test center unit information, collection of market and competitor research, and the creation of sales presentations to support customer-facing teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to structure and maintain product information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for creating presentations and analyzing data.
  • Experience with SharePoint, wiki platforms, or knowledge management systems.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize technical, product, and market data.
  • Strong research skills, and ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer-facing and sales support materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Technical curiosity and interest in machine vision, AI, automation, and airport logistics systems.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a cross-functional environment.
