Be part of our People & Organization team as an HR Intern – Talent Acquisition (6 Months-Contract), based in Dubai, UAE. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in Talent Acquisition, with a primary focus on recruitment administration, candidate coordination, and supporting the day-to-day activities of the recruitment team.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment administrative tasks.
  • Assist with posting and maintaining job vacancies across recruitment platforms and job portals.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Send interview invitations, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications to candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist with CV management, candidate data entry, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
  • Support the preparation and filing of recruitment-related documents.
  • Assist with reference check coordination and documentation when required.
  • Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders regarding interview schedules and recruitment activities.
  • Prepare recruitment-related reports, trackers, and status updates as required.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with other recruitment coordination and administrative activities.

What do you need to qualify for the role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and recruitment systems.
  • Able to manage multiple administrative tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
