We are looking for motivated UAE National students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields who are interested in gaining practical exposure within administration, business operations, and project support activities in a dynamic corporate environment.

Role Overview

The Graduate Trainee – Associate Administrator will support the administration and operations teams in day-to-day business and office-related activities while gaining practical exposure to office administration, coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement within airport logistics projects.

This opportunity is ideal for students looking to gain industry experience and practical business exposure alongside experienced professionals.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Support the Administration and Operations teams in daily office and business activities.
  • Assist with preparing, organizing, and maintaining business documentation, records, and correspondence.
  • Support meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Assist with tracking departmental tasks, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders when required.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and routine administrative documentation.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate departmental records.
  • Observe and support compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.

What do you need to qualify for the role?

  • UAE National (Family Book required).
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Interest in office administration, business operations, and corporate environments.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a practical business environment.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
