The Electrical Site Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating electrical installation activities in accordance with the project design, quality standards, and safety requirements. This role ensures that all electrical works are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with technical specifications, while maintaining clear communication with the project manager and all stakeholders.
· Lead and supervise the electrical installation scope across multiple work fronts.
· Coordinate and support installation teams, ensuring alignment with project schedules and priorities.
· Perform daily electrical tasks as needed to support the team and maintain progress.
· Interpret and work from technical drawings, single-line diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer documentation.
· Inspect, test, and verify electrical equipment, protection systems, and perform final adjustments before commissioning.
· Utilize precision measuring tools and electrical testing instruments.
· Provide clear and detailed technical work instructions to assigned crews.
· Prepare necessary materials, tools, and safety measures prior to starting assigned tasks.
· Ensure quality standards are met across all executed work.
· Prepare and deliver daily/weekly reports summarizing activities, progress, and deviations.
· Create or contribute to installation documentation, including as-built records.
· Identify, record, and address site issues, open points, and non-conformities.
