We are looking for a professional who wants to work in a growing business environment and to be part of our journey to create and shape the digital, automated and sustainable airport logistics of tomorrow.

What are the responsibilities?

• After a thorough induction, you will work as a Software and IT Support Engineer together with our international team on the support to our High Level Control solutions in the aviation/ports domains

• You will develop strong domain and process know-how within our teams and by getting to know our systems in the world's largest air/ports

• You will be part of our Global Support Center team, in which you will be involved in the support of our systems in airport contracts worldwide

• Troubleshooting of system related incidents via remote connection

• Updating the related ticket status in ServiceNow

• You will support our project execution teams on the development activities of running projects

• In addition you also take care of the integration of the services used, such as databases, message brokers and application servers

What do you need to qualify for this job?

• University degree in computer science, software engineering or comparable studies

• Proficiency in English both spoken and written

• Pro-active, team player

• Our work basis includes the following areas, in which you ideally already have knowledge or are very willing to familiarize yourself with the topics:

                  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience with Java/JEE, Maven and frameworks such as Spring Boot / Quarkus

                  • Relational databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL)

                  • Continuous Integration, Deployment, Delivery (CI/CD) e.g. using Maven and Gitlab

                  • Familiarity with UNIX and shell scripting

                  • Software development tools such as Git, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube

                  • Methods and processes include Scrum and Test-Driven Development (TDD)

                  • Application servers like Oracle WebLogic

                  • API documentation tools (e.g. Swagger, Postman, OpenAPI)

                  • Frontend development with HTML, CSS, Javascript and frameworks such as Vue.js, React or Angular

                  • Unit testing frameworks such as JUnit

                  • Networks architecture

                  • Cybersecurity

• Availability for on call prevention

• Occasional travel may be required
