We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. The ideal candidate will also possess extensive knowledge and expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Platform Encryption, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
The role requires extensive experience in ServiceNow development (5+ years), with particular emphasis on CSM implementation and administration (3+ years). You'll be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions as well as managing platform encryption.
Core competencies should include deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, proven experience with CSM modules, and expertise in platform encryption and security implementations. Technical proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript, ServiceNow API integration, and web services is essential. You should possess ServiceNow certifications, particularly in Application Development, and CSM Implementation.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical abilities with excellent communication skills.
